You are seeing signs that your wife is cheating so what are you going to do?

How sure are you that she's sleeping with another man?

You are only a little suspicious.

If this is the case you don't want to make any accusations. Ask her to sit down and talk to you.

Explain to her that you are seeing changes in the way she is doing things and that you are getting concerned that she doesn't love you anymore.

Try to get her to explain why she's acting the way she is without putting her on the defensive.

This is a very delicate situation and you need to be prepared to keep your cool. If you start accusing her of anything you are either going to end up in a big fight or she's going to withdraw from you.

Let her know how you feel, but in a non threating way and hopefully she will open up and tell you what's going on.

There's still plenty of reason to hope that there is a logical explanation for her actions and she has been faithful to you .

You are pretty sure she's cheating, but don't have any real proof.

Watch out here. If you walk up to her and say "I know you've been cheating on me" and it turns out you are wrong, you will cause serious damage to your marriage.

You need to take a little more passive approach. Instead of outright accusing her say something like "you've been seeing Paul way to often and I'm starting to get concerned that something may happen if it hasn't already."

Try to make it sound more like you are looking for reassurance rather than an accusation and watch carefully how she reacts.

You know that she's cheating, but she hasn't admitted it yet.

At this point you have a serious problem on your hands, and you need to sit down and think things over before you confront her.

First you need to make absolutely sure you have your facts straight. Don't let your imagination get the better of you.

You are going to be hurt and furious. You will feel like your manhood has been attacked. This is a normal reaction but you need to get them under control before you confront her.

Prepare yourself and make sure you know what you intend to do when she admits to cheating on you, because you will have a very difficult time undoing your actions after the fact.

As angry and hurt as you are this is a time for a cool head.

Are you sure you even want to know the truth?

Some men feel they are better off not knowing. If you are one of them you can either live with the idea that she's cheating on you, or you can work at getting her back.

If you go this route I think you will have a hard time living with the doubt, but some men are OK with that.
